Blog: The Path to Freedom Through Understanding the Dhamma
This blog is a space for those who seek liberation from suffering through the study and practice of Theravāda Dhamma. Here you will find reflections, explanations of suttas, answers to readers’ questions, and practical guidance on meditation—especially ānāpānasati, mindful breathing as a means to understand mind and body.
We follow the translations of the Pali Text Society (PTS) and use Pali terms with diacritics to preserve the precision of the Buddha’s teaching as transmitted in the Nikāyas: Dīgha, Majjhima, Saṃyutta, and Aṅguttara.
All texts are based exclusively on the Pali Canon. We do not rely on commentaries by modern teachers. Our aim is to present the Dhamma as it appears in the suttas: clear, practical, and liberating.
